1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of sweets, we do not accept returns unless:

  • Items arrive damaged
  • You received the wrong product

2. Report Issue

  • Must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package

  • Include: order ID, clear photos, and issue description

3. Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed in 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. International Refunds

We do not provide refunds for delays caused by customs or local courier issues outside India. Refunds will be issued only for:

  • Damaged goods
  • Incorrect product delivered

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing if not yet dispatched. Email or WhatsApp us immediately for cancellation requests.
